Welcome to Truvol Pro. By using our website and engaging our local video production services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following simple, honest terms and conditions.

1. Parties and Service Brand

The service brand "Truvol Pro" is globally managed and operated by its corporate parent, MANSHA GHARANA PRIVATE LIMITED, located at Patna, Bihar, India - 800002. By agreeing to these Terms, you establish a voluntary business arrangement with Mansha Gharana Private Limited, with local delivery of video services executed by our specialized crew in Canada.

2. General Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for legitimate, personal, or business-related inquiries. Deceptive behavior, automated spam, or attempting to interfere with our contact form security is strictly prohibited.

3. Service Booking & Contracts

Submitting a request on our contact page does not create a binding booking. A definitive filming contract is only established once we agree on project details, delivery dates, and issue a clear, written creative blueprint outlining exact fees.

4. Cooling-Off and Right of Cancellation

We respect Canadian provincial consumer protection laws. If you sign a service booking with us, you are entitled to an unconditional 10-day cooling-off period. You may cancel your booking and receive a full, prompt return of any deposit paid within 10 days of signing, provided no active physical filming or setup work has been carried out by our crew.

5. Payments and Pricing

All on-site package pricing for Canadian clients is listed and invoiced in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Standard payment milestones (deposits, final delivery payments) will be explicitly stated inside your project's blueprint document.

6. Intellectual Property & File Delivery

Once final payments are cleared, you receive full, unrestricted licensing and ownership to publish, distribute, and commercialize the final edited video files. Truvol Pro retains the right to display small, non-confidential excerpts of the completed work for promotional portfolio purposes, unless you request otherwise.

7. Content Standards

Our studio will not film, edit, or assist in producing materials that promote illegal acts, explicit content, hate speech, or intentionally deceptive marketing claims.

8. Liability & Outcomes Disclaimer

While our crew takes pride in capturing and editing authentic videos, Truvol Pro does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, views, search rankings, or revenue increases. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the publication of your completed videos.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and corporate legal relations are governed by the corporate regulations of Patna, Bihar, India (where our parent company is registered), with localized consumer rights, cooling-off periods, and business disputes settled in the appropriate provincial courts of Canada.
